Badlands hemp is located in North Dakota, where we started in 2020. We plant about 2 acres of Hemp, and have a greenhouse to start them in. We do most of our work by hand including the harvesting! Purchasing CBD Products

If you want to purchase CBD products, verify the legal status of hemp-derived CBD and cannabis-derived CBD in your state, so you know what you can or can’t purchase.  Generally, hemp-derived CBD is the more legal option.

No, they are not the same plant. Hemp has less than 0.3% THC in the plant. Marijuana has a much higher amount of THC (chemical responsible for the “high” effect) in the plant.
